Brotherhood Ministry

“I AM MY BROTHER'S KEEPER”

MISSION STATEMENT “BEHOLD, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” Psalm 133:1 “

...But be thou an example of the believers in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” I Timothy 4:12

PURPOSE The purpose of this ministry is to operate under the umbrella of the HTC Pastoral leadership to bring men together in the spirit of Psalms 100. The brotherhood ministry also strives to promote exercising biblical principles expressed in Titus 2:1-2.

Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations. Psalm 100:1-5

But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine: That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience) and Titus 2:6-8 (Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded. In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you. Titus 2:1-2
