Bishop Joseph Weathers founded The Holy Temple Church of Christ in 1969, with 120 members. Today, Holy Temple is a living monument to III John 2, which says, "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” The membership has grown and flourished as the Lord has mightily blessed Bishop Weathers and the entire congregation, both spiritually and naturally.  Many souls have been baptized in Jesus' name and filled with the Holy Ghost; many souls have been healed by the miraculous healing power of God, and the saints have experienced and been blessed with tremendous spiritual growth and prosperity.
